A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel, remote from the Pacific Time Zone.Key Responsibilities:Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts for the Americas and APACLead complex cross-border transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictionsMonitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developmentsRequired Qualifications:Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with training at a top-rated national or international law firmProven experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial software and SaaS agreementsStrong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensingExperience supporting a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company is a plus
