A company is looking for a BIM Engineering Technician to support electrical Substation design.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain 3D BIM models of electrical substation projectsProduce construction documents and ensure accuracy of models and drawingsCollaborate with engineers for model coordination and implement new BIM toolsRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectorsStrong skills with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3DKnowledge of substation electrical protection and control design is a plusMust have permanent authorization to work in the United States
