A company is looking for a Clinical Enablement Manager to lead the onboarding and training of clinical staff in sleep medicine.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Respiratory Therapists and Sleep TechnologistsConduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to improve clinician performance and patient outcomesMaintain regulatory compliance by translating current sleep medicine research into HIPAA-compliant training and activitiesRequired QualificationsLicensed RRT and/or RPSGT with 4+ years of experience in telehealth, DME, or sleep careDeep knowledge of sleep apnea, PAP therapy, and patient educationProven ability to design curricula and lead clinical education or sales conversion trainingStrong skills in providing feedback and mentoring cliniciansTech-savvy across platforms like Zoom, Notion, Zoho, and Zendesk
