Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $21.50/hour (2nd Shift)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (2nd Shift)
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:
As a Forklift Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products.
- Moving materials between production, storage, and shipping areas with precision.
- Conducting routine equipment checks and promptly reporting mechanical issues.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning or documenting product movements.
- Organizing pallets to ensure a clean and efficient warehouse layout.
- Operating additional heavy machinery, such as front-end loaders and skid steers, to handle bulk materials.
- Loading raw materials into production equipment as directed and monitoring material levels for replenishment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment or forklifts.
- The ability to lift up to 55 lbs without restrictions.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Competitive Pay: Enjoy a pay rate of $21.50/hour+ with opportunities for overtime at time and a half.
