What you will do
The Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and prep the best available diverse talent, positioning our candidates for success on interesting and meaningful assignments. Our branches support a variety of businesses from the Fortune 500 to start ups. We have recruiting environments that are focused on high volume VMS/MSP (Fieldglass, Pontoon, Beeline) to retail accounts supporting both consulting and perm business.

What will you bring
The successful candidates will possess a background with:

• 1-3 years IT Staffing experience preferred
• Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS databases)
• Boolean logic knowledge
• Experience working in a metrics driven environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates
• Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner
• Experience with Job Diva is a plus

Total Compensation range of $60,000 to $85,000
*Compensation for this role can vary depending on your years and type of experience.
