Staffmark is hiring a Staff Accountant for a growing company in Ruston, LA. This full-time opportunity offers a stable schedule, strong compensation, and the chance to work in a dynamic finance team supporting corporate and facility-level accounting operations. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $50,000-$70,000/year (based on experience) Responsibilities Prepare and analyze asset, liability, and capital account entries. Document and summarize financial transactions to produce balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with corporate financial reports and ensure data accuracy. Maintain internal spreadsheets to support ledger reconciliation and reporting. Review invoices and ensure proper coding and fund allocation.
