Description:

Sale Strategy Development
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Sales Management
Manage, establish and oversee the sales department's objectives, including forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories. Lead nationwide sales teams to achieve sales goals. Analyze market trends and ensure excellent customer service. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Market Analysis
Stay informed of trends and changes in the industry. Use insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and approaches. Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Staying updated on industry regulations and advancements in telecommunications technology is crucial for success in this role.

Collaboration and Coordination
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to align sales efforts with company objectives based on market demands and customer expectations.

Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 8-15 years' experience in sales of telecom & FTTH
  • Experience in branding, product development, direct sales forces management, e-commerce, retail network management and/or partnership development
  • Track record on sales and profitability improvement
  • Significant experience in FTTH, fiber broadband products or DSL/VDSL or equivalent
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
