Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 3 for Grambling State University, located in Grambling, LA.
The position is a hands-on role that requires nights and weekends. This position manages boxes at sports arenas on campus and requires building excellent relationships with the campus community. The Catering Manager will directly supervise anywhere from 1 to 10 events at a time and must have a flexible schedule as events may occur during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Additionally, this position requires hiring and training a professional catering staff, utilizing community members and students on campus. The Catering Manager will also assist in other areas of the account, including concessions, summer dining, and retail locations. Catering services include 40% high-level catering.

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years.
Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
