Executive Assistant

We are looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to become a powerhouse right-hand to our CEO, Jamie Dendy, and help bring structure and calm to our fast-moving, mission-driven business.

Who We're Looking For:

We're searching for a full-time Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves getting things DONE, and is a natural protector of time and energy. You will support Jamie directly by keeping her organized, making sure no task falls through the cracks, and ensuring internal team coordination is on point. This person will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in making decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Jamie's calendar and inbox like a pro.
  • Stay two steps ahead to free up her mental bandwidth so she can focus on scaling and leading.
  • Sit in (or review) sales calls and draft proposals based on what was discussed.
  • Own the internal delegation and follow-through of tasks using ClickUp.
  • Keep internal team communication flowing through Slack.
  • Occasionally handle light personal-business tasks (like child pickup or local errands).

Experience:

  • While we will provide training, we are looking for someone who is confident jumping in and has experience managing the day-to-day of a high-performing CEO.
  • Stay Two Steps Ahead: You're always anticipating needs and managing priorities without waiting for a task list.
  • Organize Like a Boss: You love project management tools and keeping things clean and clear.
  • Communicate with Confidence: You're excellent at drafting professional emails, messaging internal teams, and providing clear updates.
  • Make Quick Decisions: You trust your instincts, ask the right questions, and take action.
  • Handle Multiple Priorities: From proposals to Slack pings to last-minute errands—you're cool under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with digital tools and navigating new platforms quickly.
  • Organized & Proactive: You take initiative, stay ahead of deadlines, and always know what's coming next.
  • Client-Facing Confidence: You're comfortable supporting occasional client-facing communication and logistics.
  • Have experience using ClickUp, Slack, or GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Are located in Central Time or willing to work CST hours.
  • Love bringing order to chaos and making things easier for visionary leaders.
  • Have familiarity with bookkeeping, taxes, banking, or financial operations.
  • Hold any Executive Assistant certifications or administrative credentials that reflect professional training and excellence.

Compensation:

Approximately $32,000–$38,000 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek. Competitive pay based on experience + potential bonus opportunities. Flexibility built into the role, but must be available during core business hours. This role is fast-moving, fun, and critical to the success of our CEO and company.
